Now, why can't I have the same attitude towards my ocd?Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16699581430199254616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8352200900659539534.post-79214656831255988662011-09-26T13:57:35.923+01:002011-09-26T13:57:35.923+01:00That is an upsetting experience to have anywhere--...That is an upsetting experience to have anywhere-- let alone at the Eifle tower!Elizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18279501398388972542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8352200900659539534.post-72610977967391853272011-09-25T20:25:16.752+01:002011-09-25T20:25:16.752+01:00No children does make sense, but a shame for the c...No children does make sense, but a shame for the children!

I think that the Mona Lisa was the most gaurded piece there, thick layers of glass infront of it and security beside it and around the room. The glass makes it hard to get a clear photo but it makes sense to turn the flash off, besides, flash will only harm the paintings and I get annoyed when I see people taking photos of paintings with the flash on! grrr!

The first photo is at the Louvre. We spent the entire day at the louvre and even then its impossible to see the whole thing and you can't rush it, it is an amazing place to visit.

We didn't go up the Eifle tower. It was so busy we decided against it. The wait would have been hours before we could start to venture up and unfortunately I had an upsetting experience at the tower, where a man grabbed my arm, I think he was trying to sell me something but I ended up in tears and shouting to be left alone :(

I want to go back to Paris again, desperately!Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16699581430199254616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8352200900659539534.post-15777548667773401122011-09-25T17:30:51.125+01:002011-09-25T17:30:51.125+01:00I can't wait for part deux!

And you've seen her in person! Wow!

The arch d'triumph is amazing. I studied it a lot in various classes in college (I majored in histroy and classics and took a few art history classes where we studied the arch).

What is that first picture? Is that Versailles?

DId you go up to the top of the Eifle tower?

Paris looks amazing! My Mom was just telling me the other day how she and my Dad went there in the early 1970's and had a blast.

Elizabeth-Elizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18279501398388972542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8352200900659539534.post-37539445370147297022011-09-25T00:09:56.306+01:002011-09-25T00:09:56.306+01:00I just wanted to add, I have more photos to add to...I just wanted to add, I have more photos to add to this post.
